- Daniel is a good friend, and one of the most food-passionate and creative people I have ever met. His Italian heritage influences his creations, and his vigor for simplicity and rawness shows through in each dish. We got into it and came out stuffed, with a sketchbook full of ideas. This project is still in flux.
